Set in the heart of Westerham, Kent, we are a Health and Fitness Club with a state of the art fully air-conditioned gym containing both cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, together with a weights area.

We have a studio with various classes on offer, Personal Trainers, Sports Massage and Beauty Treatments available.

It is our aim to bring a sense of wellbeing to your life, to assist and help motivate you in achieving your goal.

All new members will be given a full gym induction by one of our Personal Trainers, together with a health check and as a result we will develop a programme tailor-made for you.
